
Women trying to conceive should avoid alcohol. If men drink more than four units a day, they might get sperm damage. Regular moderate exercise such as brisk walking for at least 30 minutes a day will keep you fit for conception, control your weight, reduce stress and boost endorphins, the feel good hormones.
