Reason for male infertility

• Low sperm count, poor sperm quality or poor motility (slow-moving sperm).
• Previous inflammation of or injury to the testicles or a bacterial infection.
• Previous surgery – it may damage tubes or impair blood flow to the testicles.
• Diabetes, medication or urinary tract surgery.
• Sexual problems, such as the inability to have an erection.
